This place is a true gem. We stayed two nights on the floating chateau bungalows on the lake. It was a very unique experience unlike any we’ve ever had. They boat you out to the bungalow, and provide for your every need including delivering meals by boat. The main chateau lodge itself is extraordinary, as are the grounds, and the staff is impeccable across the board. We were here at the end of November and it rained most of the time, but it was a wonderful and very relaxing stay. This place has a magical quality to it that makes it very special.
Unique & wonderful hotel with floating rooms. The main building and lobby are beautiful, we wouldn't hesitate to stay on land, but the lake lodges are extra special! Absolutely quaint and well-maintained with lovely staff. We will return!

Incredibly warm, supportive service. I am disabled and every person helped me with great empathy, sensitivity. The property is gorgeous as well and an enclave of serenity - yet close to so much. Olivier is more than a concierge and we have been lucky to stay in nice properties. I lack the words to describe how special it is. We stayed on a houseboat. Lovely and I would say staying in the chateau would be just as spoiling. The breakfast and dinner, cocktails - amazing.
We spent one night as astopover in along road tryp. Place is very nice, hotel nicely decorated and preserved but alittle bit aged. Food in both restaurant and breakfast was fantastic an service extraordinary.

We went for a special event to the restaurant and we had a great meal. The atmosphere is quite unique and the place has a lot of charm. Food was good and we did a nice walk around the lake. The staff at the restaurant were very kind.
